We are a young company that places sustainability at the heart of its values. That is why we do everything we can to reduce our carbon footprint. We use packaging made from products with very low environmental impact, which are naturally biodegradable. If you would like to give a gift, you can opt for our premium gift wrapping (+€5): hand block-printed paper, a traditional Indian art.
1. Delivery zones
- France: We deliver throughout mainland France (including Monaco) and Corsica.
- Overseas territories: Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna.
- Europe: All European Union countries, as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Serbia and others.
- International: Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Canada, United States, Mexico.
2. Delivery methods
We offer several options to suit your needs. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. Free delivery in France from €60.
- Mondial Relay (pickup point):
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Coverage: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Poland.
- Advantages: Most affordable option, flexible pickup at a relay point or 24/7 Locker.
- Colissimo (home delivery):
- Delivery time: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- Coverage: Mainland France, all of Europe, overseas territories and international.
- Advantages: Home delivery with or without signature.
- Chronopost (express):
- Delivery time: 1 to 2 business days (mainland France).
- Coverage: All of Europe, North America, North Africa.
- Advantages: Fastest option for urgent orders.
- Local pickup (free):
- Address: 4 Rue de Hilsenheim, 67820 Wittisheim, France.
- Advantages: Free, no waiting time. Payment on site possible (cash, card or cheque).
3. Order processing
- Preparation time: Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment validation.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, then a second email with your tracking number upon dispatch.
4. Tracking your order
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery in real time on the carrier's website (Mondial Relay, La Poste/Colissimo, Chronopost).
5. Customs duties and taxes (outside EU)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs authorities before ordering.
6. Deposit system
We have set up a deposit system on some of our packaging to reduce waste. The deposit amount is included in the product price. When you return your clean, empty containers, you receive loyalty points (20 points per euro of deposit). For online orders, a free return label is provided from 5 containers onwards. A simple gesture for the planet!
7. Special cases & delivery issues
- Damaged or lost parcel: Contact us immediately via our contact form with your order number and photos. We will resolve the situation with the carrier.
- Incorrect address: It is your responsibility to provide a correct address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be charged.
- Uncollected parcel at pickup point: If your parcel is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to us. Reshipment costs will be charged.
